She is also committed to being on the front lines when it comes to government affairs and current issues affecting this community.
Joy and her husband, John, raised their four children in Newberry and so they are familiar with the outstanding public schools in Newberry. In walking distance of downtown Newberry, all three schools are involved in the community and have wide support of the citizens here. It is a great place to raise a family.

Hillary Glanzer Santos is a Newberry/Gainesville native and knows the Alachua County area inside and out. Her devotion to her customers is evident from the first call to the closing. She upholds the company standard of ethics which is one of the most important aspects of customer relationships.
Hillary was born in Gainesville and graduated from Newberry High. She went on to college in Orlando and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008. She and her husband, Daniel, have one daughter.
One of Hillary’s strengths is research. She will tirelessly scour listings to find just the right property for her Buyers. And for her Sellers, she leaves no stone unturned to find the best possible comparable sales from which to give them a fair market value at which to list their home. And from beginning to end, she communicates with customers so they are never left wondering what is happening with their transaction.
